Instructions:

Peel cucumbers, cut in half lengthwise and remove seeds. Chop cucumbers and put in a small baking dish form. Salt and stand for 10 min.

Rinse cucumber, drain well and mix in a baking bowl with yogurt, chopped mint leaves, grated lemon zest and juice of one lemon.
