Instructions:

A bean recipe for every taste:

Soak the white beans for one night (about double the water). Cut the onions into medium-sized cubes.

Heat the lard and fry the met sausages in it. Add the onions and sauté until translucent. Extinguish with a little water.

Add the beans with the soaking water.

Add the finely chopped greens. Add the bay leaves and the savory.

Bring to a boil and then simmer gently over low heat for about 1 1/2 hours (beans should be nice and soft).

Remove the skin from the potatoes and cut 5 of them into small cubes or sticks.

Cook the potato cubes/sticks and cauliflower florets until tender, drain and quench.

When the soup is cooked, boil it once more and grate the remaining potatoes into it.

Add cooked potatoes, cauliflower and sauerkraut. Stir well so that the sauerkraut is distributed.

Heat up again.

Eventually. Add soup cubes and season with salt.
