Instructions:

Cut potatoes and carrots into slices, asparagus into pieces. Boil clear soup, add potatoes and carrots and boil for 5 minutes. Add asparagus and cook for another 5 minutes. Add sugar snap peas and continue to cook for 5 min. Drain clear soup and collect.

Heat butter and sauté flour in it. Deglaze with clear soup and milk and boil. Chop ginger and stir into the sauce. Season sauce with pepper, curry, salt and juice of one lemon. Vegetables in the sauce form and warm up.

Cut chives into fine rolls, bring vegetable ragout to table sprinkled with chives.
