For the vegetable platter, cook the different vegetables such as cauliflower, carrots, fennel and broccoli al dente in plenty of salted water.

Zucchini, tomatoes, onion can be cooked briefly in the microwave.

Spread vegetables evenly on a fireproof plate, season with salt and pepper. Add a little garlic (e.g. for tomatoes) or cheese to taste.
