Instructions:

For the vegetable chicken, brush the baking dish with oil. Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Peel the onion, wash the bell pepper and remove the core. Wash the zucchini.

Cut everything into small pieces and distribute in the baking dish. Wash the tomatoes, cut them and add them whole together with the garlic.

Salt and pepper the vegetables and bake for 20 minutes. Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry chicken fillets on all sides for about 5 minutes.

Sprinkle in curry, pour in soy sauce. Peel and press garlic and remove peel from tomatoes and chop. Chop rosemary.

Add garlic, tomatoes and vegetables to fillets, mix through and season with salt, pepper, chilli and rosemary.

Serve the vegetable chicken garnished with plucked basil leaves.
