Instructions:

At the beginning, mix all the ingredients for the sauce, season with salt and pepper. Rinse and dab the tomatoes. Cut two small fruits into small slices and set aside. Cut the rest into small cubes. Remove the skin from the avocados, cut them in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Dice one of the fruits and add to the tomatoes and onions. Fold in the sauce and season to taste. Cut the second avocado lengthwise into thin slices and arrange on four plates. Add the lettuce. Garnish with the tomato slices and a few mint leaves and bring to the table, if possible, on the spot. The different types of mint are very different in their seasoning power. The strongest tasting is the English Mitcham peppermint with a very intense peppermint flavor.
