Instructions:

Knead all ingredients together into an elastic dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place, knead repeatedly and roll out to 1cm thickness. Cut out circles with a saucer. Place on a greased baking sheet, cut out a hole in the center with a small glass. Prick dough with a fork, let rise. Bake the 10 perforated breads in the heated oven at 200 °C for 30 min.
