Cut the lettuce in half and rinse. Put the halves dripping wet into a cooking bag form. Blanch the vegetables at 600 watts for two minutes. Squeeze the lettuce halves a little bit and beat them lightly with the back of a knife. Season with salt and pepper.

Mix the sausage meat with the parsley and spread it on the lettuce halves. Fold one half at a time and form into a parcel.

Peel and cut off the two carrots. Chop the shallot finely. Put both in a pan with the soup and cook at full power for two minutes.

Then fill in the lattichbuendel. Cut the bacon into strips and add on top. Cover and cook at 600 watts for six to eight minutes.

Arrange the lettuce on plates. Stir the cooking liquid with cornflour or gravy express. Cook at 600 watts for one minute. Pour sauce over the lettuce.
