Instructions:

Heat olive oil in a large frying pan. Add onion, garlic, and green bell pepper and sauté over low heat, stirring frequently, for 2-3 min, or until onion is soft.

3. mix in bread cubes and clear soup and do 10-15 min until soup is thick and quite creamy.

4. In the meantime, cook the garlic bread. Toast the bread slices under medium-hot broiler. Drizzle olive oil on top of bread, rub with garlic, sprinkle with cheese and place under broiler again for 2 to 3 min until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with chili seasoning and bring to table with soup.
