For the spaghetti with avocado basil pesto, first bring a pot of water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt and the pasta to the pot. Cook until the pasta is al dente.

Meanwhile, cut the avocado in half. Remove the pit and put the flesh of the avocado in a bowl. Then add the remaining ingredients(except feta) and mash.

Blend until creamy and season with salt/pepper to taste. Before draining the pasta, add a little pasta water to the pesto.

Then mix with the pasta. Serve with feta and basil leaves.

Preparation Tip:

If you like, sprinkle some arugula over the spaghetti with avocado basil pesto instead of the basil leaves. This ergbit a slightly peppery note.
