For gratinated spaetzle with radishes, first preheat the oven to 200 °C top and bottom heat.

Wash and clean the radishes and cut them into wedges. Rinse the corn kernels in a sieve and drain. Wash the mint, shake dry and cut the leaves into strips.

Heat the butter in a large, ovenproof frying pan and fry the spaetzle briefly in it. Deglaze with a dash of water and simmer, tossing, until the water has boiled away. Add the radishes and about half of the mint, toss, season and sprinkle with the cheese.

Bake the spaetzle in the oven for about 15 minutes. Then sprinkle over baked spaetzle with radishes with the remaining mint.

Preparation Tip:

Spaetzle au gratin with radishes can, of course, be refined with additional vegetables or other herbs.
