For the curd cheese horseradish, stir the curd cheese until smooth, add the sour cream and finish with the freshly grated horseradish and the spices.

Place the slices of smoked salmon one by one and fill with the curd cheese. Refrigerate.

For the honey-mustard-dill sauce, mix the oil with the mustard, add the honey and the chopped dill and stir again.
