Instructions:

Fry minced onion in oil, add minced meat and fry until crumbly. Add paradeis pulp, sauerkraut and chopped gherkin and cook briefly until soft. Add toamot juice and beef broth. Cook for 30 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, sweet paprika, garlic and caraway. Serve hot with a little sour cream and chopped parsley.
