Instructions:

Remove the peel from the garlic cloves and crush them. Mix them with pepper, mango chutney, sesame oil and salt to make a marinade.

Cut the peppers in half, clean, rinse and cut into wide strips. Cut the pork fish into long strips and stick them on skewers with the bell pepper pieces. Brush the skewers with the marinade and let them rest for half an hour.

Cook Basmiati & Thai long grain rice with the raisins according to package instructions.

Fry the meat skewers in heated oil on both sides.

Heat the sauerkraut with the Saucen-Fix, season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Serve the meat skewers with sauerkraut à la Lian Chung and Basmati & Thai long grain rice.
