Instructions:

For saté moo, rinse the meat in cold water and carefully pat dry. Cut into strips about 2 cm wide.

For the marinade, peel and finely chop the garlic cloves. Also peel and finely grate the ginger. Mix with the remaining ingredients to make a marinade.

Pour the marinade over the meat strips and leave to soak for at least 2 hours. Then stick the meat strips onto the wooden skewers in a wave shape. Grill the saté moo skewers on the grill until well cooked.
