For the carrot sticks, quarter the carrots lengthwise and place on a baking sheet.
Finely chop the garlic and parsley and mix in a bowl with the canola oil. Pour the oil over the carrots and mix everything well.
Bake the carrot sticks in a preheated oven at 200° for 30 minutes.
