For the Restl casserole, cut all leftovers into small cubes. Cream butter and egg yolks until fluffy. Mix in the leftovers, then stir in the sour cream.

Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture.

Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese and butter flakes.

Bake in the preheated oven on the middle shelf at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. Serve the Restl casserole with green salad.

Preparation Tip:

In a Restl casserole you can put anything that tastes. If you don't have Parmesan at home, you can use any other cheese of your choice.
