For the raspberry punch, squeeze the lemon and mix the juice with raspberries and sugar. Pour over with rum.

Leave to infuse for a few hours, preferably overnight.

Shortly before serving, pour the berry mixture with chilled Prosecco, beer and mineral water.

Serve the raspberry punch with ice cubes.
