Instructions:

Knead all the ingredients for the dough, form into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for about 60 minutes.

In the meantime, divide broccoli and cauliflower into florets, cut the stems into slices.

Bring water to a boil, add salt and simmer broccoli and cauliflower in it for about 10 minutes. Pour through a sieve and quench.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Grease a quiche dish (about 22 cm in diameter).

Take the dough out of the refrigerator and divide it in half. Roll out one part and line the springform pan with it. Prick the bottom with a fork and blind bake for about 8 minutes.

Meanwhile, peel the apples, remove the core and roughly dice the flesh. Peel the bananas and cut into slices. Mix with broccoli and cauliflower.

Beat the egg whites until stiff.

Mix curd cheese, half of the cheese and spices. Fold in beaten egg whites.

Spread half of the fruit and vegetable mixture on the quiche base and top with half of the curd mixture. Sprinkle with half of the remaining cheese.

Bake for about 30 minutes in the middle of the oven.

Prepare a second quiche in the same way.

Preparation Tip:

Of course, if you have 2 quiche dishes (or springform pans), you can make both quiches at the same time. You can also replace the fruit with other fruits or vegetables.
