Rinse 150 g of black currants (more if desired), drain and strip from the panicles. Fill a wide bottle with 150 g white rock candy and slit vanilla bean, fill with 0.7 liters of grain (32%) and infuse for at least 6 to 8 weeks. Filter through a hair sieve or gauze cloth, fill liqueur into bottles and close them on the spot with stubble.
