A cake recipe for all foodies:
grated peel of an untreated half orange
Beat the fat until creamy. Press yolks through a sieve, fold in. Knead flour, sugar and orange zest into the mixture. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Preheat stove to 180 °C. Roll out dough to 1/2 cm thickness. Cut out flower squiggles with 5 cm ø. Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper, brush with egg yolk, sprinkle with hail sugar. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
