Instructions:

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and brown the chicken pieces for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally to the other side. Then add the garlic and fry briefly. Add the other ingredients except the parsley and the potatoes.

Then add the potatoes and simmer for 20 minutes at moderate temperature with the lid closed until the potatoes are soft. Before serving, add the parsley.
