For the pepperoni pizza, first cut the bell pepper in half, remove the seeds and cut into narrow strips.

Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices.

Drain the pickled pepperoni in a colander.

Grate the two cheeses and mix them together.

Preheat the oven to 175 °C.

Empty the canned tomatoes into a bowl, season with salt, pepper and the pizza seasoning, press in the garlic and stir everything well.

Roll out the yeast dough into four round pizza bases with a diameter of about 200 mm and place them on 2 baking sheets. Pull up the edges of the dough a little.

Now spread the tomato sauce evenly over the bases.

Now top the pizza bases with the mushrooms, peppers and pepperonis.

Finally, sprinkle the cheese mixture on top and drizzle with olive oil.
