Instructions:

Mix flour, yeast and salt together. Later melt butter, stir with milk, 2 eggs and sugar. Prepare the mixture with the flour mixture into a dough, knead for 10 minutes and then leave for 1.5 hours. Cut the chives, divide the dough and knead the chives into one half of the dough. Grease a 28 cm dia. cake springform pan, divide the dough into 19 portions, form balls and place them one by one in the cake springform pan.

Our suggestion: outer circle: 12 balls, inner circle: 6 balls, center:1 ball, leave for 45 min. This way you get 19 rolls.

Mix 2 egg yolks with 2 tbsp milk and brush the balls with it. Sprinkle flax, sesame seeds, poppy seeds and sunflower seeds on the rolls and bake for 45 minutes at 170 degrees.

Garlic dip: Mix curd cheese and sour cream or crème fraiche. Dice the onion, cut the chives into rings and fold into the curd mixture, season with salt, pepper and garlic. If you like, you can use powdered garlic instead of fresh garlic or omit it altogether.
