Instructions:

Peel the onions and cut them into small slices. Heat 3 tbsp. olive oil in a large frying pan and sauté the onion rings in it, turning, until soft, 5 min. Sprinkle onions with salt and oregano, place in a large enough bowl to cool.

In another baking bowl, mix the eggs thoroughly and fold into the cooled onions. Highly heat the remaining oil in the skillet and pour in the onion and egg mixture. Turn the stove on medium heat and fry the frittata until golden brown on both sides, divide into quarters and serve with fresh bread.
