Nutella Ice Cream

For the Nutella ice cream, beat the cream until almost stiff. Mix the other ingredients and blend with the whipped cream.

Place in an airtight container (Tupperware, etc.). Freeze for at least 6 hours. (Stir occasionally, about every 1-2 hours with a spoon).

Place in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes before serving, this makes portioning easier. If possible, consume the ice cream within 1 week, otherwise the taste will fade.

Preparation Tip:

This Nutella ice cream is without egg and succeeds optimally even without an ice cream maker.
