For the nectarine puff pastry buns, unroll the puff pastry and cut into 3 cm wide strips. Quarter the nectarines and cut into thin slices.
Spread the puff pastry strips with curd filling and top with the nectarine slices, skin side up, roll up and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake the nectarine puff pastry buns at 170°C.
