Total time: 45 min

Ingredients:

Instructions:

Rinse the potatoes, remove the peel, cut into slices (approx. 3 mm) and boil in water (incl. caraway seeds, salt) for 15 minutes.

Drain and put half of the potatoes in a buttered ovenproof dish. Crush garlic on top (garlic press), then spread shrimps, dill and half of the cheese and half of the butter evenly on top.

Put the rest of the potatoes on top, cheese, butter on top. Season the whipped cream with the spices and pour over the top. Bake in the oven (preheated) at 200 °C for 15-20 minutes.

A little tip: if the cheese turns black before the end of the baking time, turn down the heat.

Serve with a fresh carrot salad. Grate carrots and a little apple, sugar, lemon and importantly a little oil (because of the fat-soluble vitamins in the carrots).

Tip: Cook only with high quality spices – they are the be-all and end-all in a good dish!
