For the mushroom sauce, wash the mushrooms and cut them into flakes. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.
Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the onion until translucent, add the mushrooms and sauté in their own juice until the juice has evaporated.
Add the flour, fry a little, add a little water to make a sauce.
Season with salt, pepper, vegetable soup seasoning, caraway, and marjoram and let the mushroom sauce cook for a few more minutes.

Croquettes go very well with the mushroom sauce.
