Instructions:

For the mushroom sauce, clean mushrooms, wash if necessary and cut into not too small pieces.

Fry finely chopped onion in oil, add mushrooms and stew slowly covered (about 15 minutes).

Fry flour in oil until golden brown, add soup and bring to a boil. Add the mushrooms. Steam together for another 15 minutes.

Add cream, lemon juice and salt and season to taste.

Sprinkle the mushroom sauce with chopped parsley and serve with bread dumplings.

Preparation Tip:

If you salt too early, the mushrooms become small and the mushroom sauce too thin.
