For the moussaka, wash the melanzani and cut unpeeled into 3 mm thick slices. Turn in flour and fry in oil on both sides.
Preheat oven to 180 °C. Peel onion, chop finely and fry in hot butter. Add minced meat, salt, pepper and continue to fry covered.
In a greased baking dish, alternate layers of melanzani and meat, salt and bake for 30 minutes.
Whisk eggs with sour cream, pour over the casserole and bake the moussaka at 150 °C until set.

Serve the moussaka with salad and possibly with potatoes or rice.
