Soak the gelatine. Cut the peel with the white skin of 1 1/2 mineolas into small pieces. Cut peeled fruit into 8 slices. Squeeze remaining mineolas. Rinse lime, grate peel. Also squeeze the juice.

2. mix juices, and pour through a fine sieve, measure 3/4 l, boil with sugar and half of the lime grated. Allow to cool slightly, and let the squeezed gelatine melt in it. Fill into glasses with fruit slices. Refrigerate. Decorate with lemon balm and the remaining lime shavings, if desired.

I tested the recipe with oranges. Was really good.
