For the millet flake casserole, stir curd and milk until smooth and easily spreadable.

Stir in egg yolks and millet flakes, as well as apple (cut into narrow slices and pieces), raisins and nuts. Sweeten, beat egg whites and gently fold in.

Bake in a gratin dish for 20 minutes.
