Instructions:

Drain canned pineapple and beet. Remove peel from apple, oranges, bananas and cut into small pieces. Mix with the pineapple, beet and mayo.

Leave to cool for a few hours. Before serving, rinse the chief lettuce, spread a baking dish with the leaves. Pile the salad mixture on top, sprinkle with peanuts.
