Instructions:

Rinse the lentils in a sieve and drain. Also drain the mustard cucumbers and cut into small pieces. Clean and rinse leeks and cut in half lengthwise. First cut into pieces about three centimeters long, then into very fine strips. Stir five tablespoons of cucumber liquid with mustard powder and salt. Add oil to form. Pour the sauce over the lettuce and let it sit for an hour. Cut bacon into cubes and fry at low temperature. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper and serve sprinkled with bacon cubes.
