Instructions:

For the lasagna, finely chop the onion and fry in the oil, add the meat and fry for a few minutes. Deglaze with tomato sauce, season and simmer for another 20 minutes.

For the béchamel sauce, melt butter, add flour – stir constantly, pour milk and continue stirring until it boils.

Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Grease a baking dish, put a layer of béchamel sauce, place pastry sheets side by side on top, pour 1/3 meat sauce on top.

Repeat this twice, cover the last layer of pastry sheets well with béchamel sauce and sprinkle the pamesan evenly on top. Bake at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.

Preparation Tip:

If you have time, the lasagna should sit for 1 to 2 hours before baking.
