For the Banana-Chocolate Cake, peel the bananas and puree them to a pulp using a food processor. Add all remaining ingredients, mix well and leave to soak for 10 minutes.

Then pour into a cake tin (20 cm) lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 170 °C for 45 minutes.

Preparation Tip:

Sprinkle the Banana-Chocolate Cake as desired with coconut flakes and/or serve with whipped cream, possibly chocolate sauce!
