This variant is characterized by the use of walnuts and by the mixture of herbs.
Put honey and sugar in a large frying pan, stirring, pull from the fire.
Add all the remaining ingredients, mix and knead lightly.
While still warm, roll out in portions, 3 mm thick and cut treats.
Dry for 1 to 2 hours.
Bake for 10 to 15 min at medium heat (180 °C ) in the middle of the heated oven.
For the sugar, mix glaze, juice of one lemon and cherry until smooth. Glaze the still hot treats with it.
