A great pasta dish for any occasion:

1. pour boiling hot water over tomatoes and peel off the skin, then cut into pieces.

2. clean leek, cut in half lengthwise and rinse. Chop leek halves finely. Also chop the garlic. Heat oil in frying pan, sauté leek and garlic in it.
