Instructions:

Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until very foamy. Lightly fold in the flour sifted with baking powder.

With a spoon, place small heaps on a greased baking sheet and spread a little apart. Bake over high heat until light yellow.

Immediately remove from baking sheet and shape into sticks. When cool, fill with whipped cream and garnish with strawberries.

Preparation Tip:

Decorate the stanitzel also once with chopped pistachios.
