For the egg salad with wild garlic, wash the lettuce and tear into bite-sized pieces. Prepare a marinade with vinegar, oil, salt and sugar and pour it over the salad, mix well and divide it on 2 plates.
Slice the eggs with an egg slicer and place them on the salad. Spread oil on top and sprinkle with fresh pepper. Wash wild garlic, shake off water, cut into 1/2 cm wide strips and spread over the egg salad with wild garlic.
