Instructions:

For the curry turkey, mix curry, chili, cumin, salt and pepper. Whisk egg white.

Rub the turkey with the spices, pull through the egg white and roll again in the spices.

Heat some of the oil in a skillet and brown the turkey. Blanch the sugar snap peas.

Wash and dice the tomatoes, mix with the sugar snap peas and marinate with the remaining oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Drape vegetables on a plate and place curry turkey on top.

Preparation Tip:

Rice goes best with the curry turkey.
