Instructions:

Peel and fillet the pink grapefruit (remove the skin), collecting the juice. Cut the fillets into pieces if necessary.

Mix curd cheese with milk, linseed oil and maple syrup, sweet whey and the collected grapefruit juice until smooth. Season to taste. If desired, add a little more milk or water if the cream is too thick.

Finally, mix in the filleted pink grapefruit. Decorate with 2 – 3 fillet pieces of the Pink Grapefruit.

Refrigerate the cream or enjoy immediately.

Preparation Tip:

Instead of maple syrup, you can also use honey, sugar or a very ripe banana to sweeten. If you like, you can also decorate the cream with a lemon balm or mint leaves.
