Instructions:

For the curd cheese and blackberry tart, grease a tart pan with a raised bottom. Prepare a shortcrust pastry from flour, butter or margarine, powdered sugar and egg yolks.

For the filling, whisk eggs, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar until foamy. Then stir in cornflour, curd, melted butter and milk.

Pour the filling into the tart pan and top with blackberries. Bake the curd blackberry tart at 175 degrees for about 40 minutes.
