Instructions:

For the crusty roll, knead everything into a dough. Let rise for 1 1/2 hours.

Knead again and shape into loaves. Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes.

Switch back to 150°C and bake the crusty rolls for another 30 – 45 minutes.
