For the cherry-mint cake in a jar, mix the cherries without liquid with the ground almonds and finely chopped mint.

Beat soft butter with sugar until fluffy, gradually add the eggs. Mix flour with baking powder and stir into the butter mixture, then fold in the cherries.

Brush Weck jars with oil and pour in the batter. Bake the cherry-mint cake in the jar in the preheated oven at 160 °C convection oven for approx. 35-40 minutes.

Preparation Tip:

The amount of dough for the cherry-mint cake in a jar is enough for 4 jars with a capacity of approx. 200-250 ml each.
