For cheese pralines, cut Camembert into small cubes and let stand with butter at room temperature for about 45 minutes. Finely chop onion. Mash Camembert and soft butter and mix well with onion. Refrigerate the cheese mixture for about 1 hour.

Cut chives into fine rolls, chop dill finely, mix paprika powder with bell pepper. Form cheese mixture into small balls, roll 1/3 in chives, 1/3 in dill and 1/3 in paprika-pepper mixture. Place cheese pralines in small paper baking cups and refrigerate until ready to serve.
