Remove the peel from the potatoes and chop them into small cubes. Remove the peel from the onions and chop them very finely.

Heat 3 tbsp. oil in a large frying pan and fry the dried potato cubes until crispy, turning frequently. Season with salt and pepper.

Mix the eggs with the whipped cream, onion and paprika powder.

Pour the remaining oil into the frying pan and pour the egg mixture over the potatoes.

Skin the sausage, cut into slices and spread evenly over the egg mixture. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top. Cover and roast at low temperature for about 5 minutes.
