Instructions:

Knead flour and water into a firm dough and let rest in plastic bag at room temperature. Stir all ingredients together. Bind with cake or bread crumbs as needed to make Carinthian noodles. Bring water and sugar to a boil and reduce slightly, season with lemon, bind lightly with cornflour and add the apricot kernel oil.
