Instructions:

For the calzone, melt the yeast in lukewarm water.

Mix the flour, the yeast dissolved in water, a little salt and sugar to make a dough. Let it rise for at least 40 minutes in a draft-free place. Later cut into 4 pieces, roll out each round and let rise again for 15 minutes.

Brush with oil and then spread the tomatoes evenly on top. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Spread the streaky sliced ham, ricotta and mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese evenly on top. Grind over with coarse pepper. Later, fold and press the edges firmly (perhaps brush with water first).

Brush the calzone with oil and bake in a preheated oven at about 250-280 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve hot or lukewarm.
